An overwhelming majority of reviews about Kitchen Charm Canada are from people who have never attended a Kitchen Charm Canada culinary demonstration, and thus they are skeptical. They are going off on the premise that if it is too good to be true, it probably is.

My husband and I had no intentions of buying your cookware when we went to the demo but I am very glad we did. I have no complaints whatsoever on the cookware that we bought, other than I wish we had opted for a bigger soup pot! I was the winner of the turkey roaster for your last contest. It works great, although we only used it once for our Thanksgiving turkey this year. I found the lid to be really off balance when trying to move it to and from the oven. It wouldn’t stay in place. I think it had to do with the handles being so off-kilter. Other than that, your website is in desperate need of some attention! Multiple times I have tried going on there to order more cookware, only to give up after about 15 minutes. Please make it easier for your customers to become return customers! I love this cookware and would love to have more of it!

We were invited to this presentation through the Bridal Show and on the drive over we were the couple saying to each other, “Stay strong, say no”. As soon as Chef Warren started the show I was convinced and I am so happy we bought the cookware. The mailing process was fast and we got an amazing deal. I cook every meal at home rather than going out. Anytime I have a question or post on social media, Chef is there to reply without hesitation. Now my family and I can cook happy and our Parrot is safe from all other poisonous cookware. I recommend this cookware to anyone who wants to enjoy cooking more while using way less time so you can have more time doing other things you love with the people who matter.

We are very pleased with our cookware. We did have some issues with our breakfast meals, like omelets and french toast sticking to the pans, but after some adjustments with the heat, we are very happy! I posted to Chef Warren’s fb page with my concerns, and he and others gave some helpful hints. A great investment in our cooking adventures. And my husband always comments on how great they are to wash up!

Since we have had our Kitchen Charm products we have fallen in love, the food is delicious and Warren Goodgoll got us hooked. Yes some may think that it is expensive but trust us Kitchen Charm products are worth every penny!! The 50 year warranty is amazing. We were skeptical at first but now do not regret our decision for one minute. The monthly payment plan is also great because for someone like my fiance and myself who do not have a lot of extra money the 70$ a month is so affordable and we are so glad to have Kitchen Charm in our lives!! We received our cookware set in December of 2014. It took a little longer to get used to than I anticipated and there wasn’t as much help provided that was promised. The cookware itself is great. Works as they say it will. Only non stick if you use it the way they recommend. You need fluid accumulation on the bottom of the pans to have it be ‘non stick’. The pots are much better than the pans. It took a lot of trial and error to be able to cook eggs and not have them stick. They clean up really easily and even if you do burn something, it doesn’t take a lot of elbow grease to get it clean like other pots and pans. Price – slightly over priced. Have seen other companies do the exact same thing… just without the guarantee for much less.

When my husband and I got engaged, I started going to local wedding fairs. I don’t remember seeing the Kitchen Charm booth at the first event I went to, but I received a phone call a few weeks later saying we had been selected for a presentation and that we would get a gift for attending. We chose a time and date, and went off to learn about a product we’d never heard of! At our presentation, we met Chef Warren. He did an incredible job discussing the cookware and we wound up making a purchase, so we received a second gift! Who can say no to two gifts? A while later we received our cookware and were excited to start using it. It became a staple in our everyday lives and I’m thankful everyday for that initial phone call.
I don’t remember when, but at some point I received an email saying HyCite was putting on a contest to give away 1 honeymoon a month for 12 months and included a link to enter. I entered right away and forgot about it. With just 12 trips to give away and countless people entering, I figured our chances were slim. Weeks later, I received a phone call saying we had won one of the trips!
At first I was hesitant. How could this possibly be a legitimate thing, winning airfare for two, 5 days/4 nights at an all inclusive in Mexico? How could this be a thing you just win with no strings attached… It couldn’t, there was a hidden cost somewhere. In any case, we went through the steps and got everything booked. We were always just an email away from the travel agent which made me feel better. Our wedding day came and went, then the day we were scheduled to leave for Mexico. We got checked into the airport, got on the plane, got to Mexico, and then caught a shuttle to the resort. I’m beyond pleased to say when we checked out there were no additional costs, no fees, no taxes… EVERYTHING had been paid!
We are so thrilled that we took that first step to join the Kitchen Charm family and since doing that we’ve had nothing but fabulous experiences with the group. I recommend Kitchen Charm products to everyone I know and that will not stop anytime soon! Thank you Kitchen Charm and HyCite. I am loving my new cookware. It has taken me a little bit to remember that I don’t need to cook on high. I love at how simple and easy they are to use. I love the fact that we will probably never have to replace them. I love that we can cook almost anything just on the stove top. I look forward to exploring different recipes. My fiance and I were invited to a Kitchen Charm Demonstration after attending a Wedding Show in Toronto. We were very skeptical at first but Chef Warren made us comfortable right away. His presentation was amazing and the food taste great! Ultimately this lead us to purchase a set of waterless cookware. I love it. I no longer have to use oils or butter while cooking and food comes out perfect almost every time. It’s great that there is a lifetime warranty and if you have any questions Chef Warren has made himself available. I have not seen that from any other companies. The quality of the cookware is amazing and it is so easy to clean. I will continue to buy Kitchen Charm cookware and highly recommend it to anyone. I will have this cookware for a lifetime!
